During a steady gig one day in New York's "Son Cubano" restaurant management came up to us during a meal the band was having on break and said to "enjoy the meal because it was the last one they would ever comp musicians!" When we went back on to play Pablo Moya began to improvise this song which translates to mean "good bye to the meal" or "the last supper". We all smiled and played and this song became a favorite in the Ola Fresca shows.
